The shipping costs on all new item purchases from Bardenshire website are free of charge. This is complimentary based on our stores policies.
If you change your mind, act quickly!
You will have 14 days from the time you receive your merchandise to contact Bardenshire and notify us of a return you would like to make.
The merchandise must be in the same new condition as when it arrived. Any “used” merchandise will not be approved for a return. You must also have all of the original packaging that came with your item.
Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase from our website. Any items being returned from alternative third-party sellers will not be eligible for return at bardenshire.com store.
Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Any damaged goods claims will be handled through our customer service center. We are happy to assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as work through these claims.
Bardenshire will provide you with a return shipping label to ship the merchandise back.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Once your return is received and inspected by Bardenshire (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Bardenshire will not cover the shipping costs associated to ship the merchandise back. It will be up to the customer who is returning the product for exchange or refund to pay for all shipping costs associated. You will be refunded once the item is received by us.
**Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
